SILVERSEA a bit of background When SILVERSEA purchased the former WORLD DISCOVERER from SEMBAWNG, Singapore, and rebuild her into the standard of SILVERSEA CRUISES, they had stretched themselves a bit too far. The vessel was bought overpriced and did cost more as calculated to be rebuilt. When the once German owned vessel emerged as PRINCE ALBERT II it refreshed SILVERSEA as it was their step into the fast growing expedition market.
